We have such a great community here at St Patrick’s and once again we’d like our community to come together to support our Family Fair on Sunday 18 March 2018.
We heavily rely on sponsors to donate or discount goods and/or services, loan equipment or even donate cash so that every dollar that is handed over on 18th March is reinvested back into our school and our children.
Planning for the big day is well underway and to ensure another successful fair we are looking to secure some advanced sponsorship.
We would appreciate the support of families or businesses that would like to assist our school by:
- Donating items to be auctioned, raffled, for prizes and on the chocolate wheel
- Supporting our Tiered Sponsorship Program
We introduced the tiered sponsorship program for the 2016 Fair and were thrilled with the support we received from the following generous businesses:
For businesses that are happy to make a monetary donation we are able to acknowledge their support through this program by offering exposure to our school community, plus the wider North West community, through our school website, Facebook page and via signage. Our auction and raffle items will also be advertised.
We have already received a very generous donation of wine from Crater Rim (Fraher family), the offer of a flat deck truck for the band to use as a stage from JPM Contracting (Inder family), funds to cover the bubble soccer hire (McCullough Family) and the services of a talented face painter who has also donated 2 portraits to be auctioned (our very own Selena). A Steven Adams signed basketball is also in our possession!
PLEASE discuss this opportunity with your employer, a friend, a business contact, anyone that might be interested in investing in our community and our children. We have put together a letter (attached) that you might like to take to them.
If you would like to discuss sponsorship in more detail, have any further ideas or questions please feel free to contact us.
Thanking you in advance for your consideration
